Elton vs Pnau Part of London 2012 Soundtrack

Elton John, Muse and even the Chemical Brothers will be heard in London during the Olympics. The London Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games (LOCOG) have announced on Wednesday that five songs are part of the Rock The Games initiative that will have music playing at the venues.

The first official song is by Muse and will be released on Thursday. The track, titled Survival, was exclusively written for the Olympics 2012 and will kick off the program. The other songs will be just as intriguing as the artists who have been included in the entertainment process aren’t strangers to the music business. Elton John with Pnau, Delphic, Chemical Brothers and Dizzee Rascal are all part of the project.

In addition to having recorded music, those stumbling around the Olympic park will have a chance to hear live music too. Scissor Sisters and Rizzle Kicks are just two of the artists that are set to play surprise gigs at some of the Olympic venues.

The entertainment definitely is part of the entire Olympic experience for those fans arriving live in London. A chance have a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that will never be forgotten.
