Elton's Emotional Concert in Naples

Elton John performed a solo show for the Piedigrotta festival at Plebiscito square in Naples September 11, 2009.

This was an incredibly emotional concert for Elton, as it was his first public event since the passing of Guy Babylon.

The show featured several new additions including The One, Song for Guy and Can you Feel the Love Tonight.

He dedicated the free concert to Guy and said it was "the saddest time in his life".
